If a student is in good standing academically, is meeting all program expectations, and is considered to be responsible, trustworthy, and able to deal with daily events in a non-disruptive way, he/she may earn Merit Status. The students on Merit Status are expected to model appropriate school behavior and are encouraged to assume a leadership role within the Mill Creek community. Students on Merit Status receive some benefits such as lunch in the garden or a special movie and treats.
In order to be placed on Merit Status, the student must make the request to their advisor.
